  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy used to help process distressing or overwhelming experiences. It supports the brain’s natural healing process and can be helpful for trauma, anxiety, and emotionally charged memories. EMDR is offered within a trauma-informed, emotionally attuned therapeutic relationship and provided under clinical consultation. More information on EMDR therapy can be found here.

  • Premenstrual Disorders (PMDs) are conditions in which emotional, physical, or behavioral symptoms worsen during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. This includes Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), a severe and cyclical mood disorder, and Premenstrual Exacerbation (PME), where existing mental health symptoms intensify premenstrually. Therapy can help with emotional regulation, relationship stress, and coping strategies tailored to these cyclical patterns. You can learn more about PMDs here.
